akenside.ai provides AI integration and Adobe Experience Cloud consulting. For anything in this policy, contact business@akenside.ai.
What we collect
The contact form collects your name, email address, company (optional), and your message. That is the only personal data this site collects. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking.
Why and how it is used
Form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry. They are sent to our business inbox by email and are not added to any marketing list.
Where it goes
The site is hosted on Vercel. Form submissions are delivered by Resend (an email delivery service) and received through Cloudflare email routing into our mailbox. Each processor handles your data only to provide those services.
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any engagement that follows, then deleted on request or during periodic cleanup.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time: email business@akenside.ai and we will act on it promptly. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
